We are proud to have developed the first ever publicly filed doorway punching bag back in 2013. Since then we have been through numerous iterations to fine tune the tension system, bag resistance, and proprietary punch tracker device.

The iOS and Android app have made it very easy for customers to follow along to hundreds of hours of on demand content, live workouts, and an active leaderboard filled with challenges.

Brian started Quiet Punch in 2013 after having a long run as an amateur boxer, professional trainer, and software developer. Brian's passion for boxing and skill in tech has been what has made Quiet Punch possible.

Chris brings to the company his passion for boxing and his vast experience running multiple multi-million dollar businesses. Chris was the first person to truly believe in Brian's vision and has been an integral part of the company.

Stacia has gone on to become one of the most decorated amateur boxers in America, with two NYC Golden Gloves championships, a USA National Championship, a National Golden Gloves Silver Medal, an International Gold Medal, an International Bronze Medal, and many more awards. She also competed in the 2020 Olympic Team Trials and has even started developing her own athletic training program, the Suttles Boxing Academy.

Stacia also serves as the instructor for Quiet Punch’s On Demand classes.
